Inaugurating Lido SEZ, Jokowi Confident in Hosting Coachella-Level Concerts

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) believes that the Lido Special Economic Zone (SEZ), developed by the MNC Group, has significant potential and even the opportunity to host world-class grand concerts like Coachella. According to the Head of State, the presence of the Lido SEZ will help curb the aspirations of local tourists who often travel abroad solely to attend concerts. Coachella itself is a music festival in the United States. The concept of Coachella is a multi-day music event featuring world-class musicians in the Coachella Valley. Jokowi is confident that the Lido SEZ is ready to play such a role, as the concept embraced by MNC in developing the Lido SEZ is comprehensive.

This will be a unique attraction for both domestic and international tourists to visit the Lido SEZ located in Bogor Regency, West Java.

With future concepts including movie land, team park, techno park, music area, and automotive area, he added. After touring and observing the progress of the Lido SEZ development, Jokowi believes that this area can become a national tourism destination with world-class potential.
